When the steel grating edge is deformed due to bumps, it is recommended to use a hammer or correct the deformed area with little attention. When the linear error is large due to poor support, it is recommended that two people set up the steel plate so that the straight line of the grating plate is too long at the corner of the road and is constantly bumping, so the force should be small.

   During the entire transportation process, due to uneven long-term support, the grating plane is bent. It is recommended that steel grating become wooden sleepers, bricks or other road bumps, upwards, curved areas and bump collisions. Two people stand on both sides of the steel plate and apply gentle force. During the maintenance process, most of the deformation of the steel trench cover can be repaired by applying moderate force.

   The welded trench cover should be made of directly galvanized flat steel after welding. Hot-dip galvanizing and transportation should minimize rolling, extrusion and collision. For example, there are at least three bases for hot-dip galvanized gratings. The two sides must be dry in the middle, and the two sides cannot be placed in the middle. The upward pressure of the grating plate will cause deformation, making its increasingly different horizontal planes stable throughout the process and not easy to roll.
