Steel grating production standards
In addition, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand also have their own standards. Steel standards follow GB700-88, GB1220-92.
The grid indicates the processing method:
Hot dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing, spray painting, soaking in anti-rust oil, no treatment (general stainless steel does not need treatment).
The production standards of mesh grids are China's YB4001-1991, YB/T4001-1998 standards, and can also be produced in accordance with British BS4592-1-1995 and American ANSI/NAAMM (MBG531-88) standards.
How to make a mesh grid
The pressure-welded steel grating is made of load-bearing flat steel and cross bars arranged at a certain distance in longitude and latitude. It is welded into the original plate using 200 tons of hydraulic resistance welding automation equipment. It is processed into the product required by the customer after cutting, drilling, hemming and other processes.
Spacing between loaded flat steels: the center distance between two adjacent loaded flat steels, commonly used are 30MM and 40MM.
Crossbar spacing: The center spacing between two adjacent crossbars is usually 50MM or 100MM, and can be produced according to customer requirements.
Compared with patterned steel plates and other gratings, steel gratings have the following advantages:

Good ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, explosion-proof, and anti-slip properties: Acid and alkali corrosion ability: In the range of PH 6 to PH 12.5, a stable protective film is formed on the surface of the zinc layer, and the corrosion resistance is good.
